There are now a few thousand people in ~100 countries who get this email every week.
And many of you share with me what the biggest goal you are working on is.
A very common theme is around “when do I know when I have achieved or accumulated enough?”
It's particularly hard for type A and ambitious people who have spent their entire lives striving for the next accolade. I recently shared some notes from a coachee who was dealing with the same challenge
Below is an excellent article from a former colleague of mine at Google about how she examined being “good with enough” Vs “good enough”

Great article. Many of us don't have the resources to be able to say no and stop grinding as the writer did. We have to get to "good enough" in other ways. Mindfulness practice, examination of satisfaction levels, and the path ahead are ways to accomplish this. I was always taught that "enough" meant, "Just a little bit more." In rejecting that premise, I've learned that gratitude and mindfulness turns whatever is here into enough. Thank you for sharing.
