I review my day. Big or small it all matters because it's the foundation for the next day. I am grateful for all life teaches me each day about myself and my situations.
I write 750 words a day. I start with at least two rounds of writing a thank-you to God for certain things in my life; affirmations - things I desire but if God chooses not to give them to me, my love for Jesus Christ makes it OK; and Self-Talk - traits I wish to have that I am proactively speaking into my life, greasing the wheels in my brain to help me achieve them.

A great way to rest and reset!
PM make a quick list of a few things I am thankful for.
Review again in the morning
That's great! Do you do this every day?

This is a great practice John. Thanks for sharing!
Yes. Every day.
