Many of you have asked me to share notes from real coaching sessions so you can understand what executive coaching looks like in practice.
A coachee shared her desire to have greater influence at work.
With her permission I'm sharing summary notes from our coaching session.
We only had 30 minutes so this is an “express coaching session” but it shows how a few specific questions can unlock an action plan!
