“How do you use this email every week to help you self reflect? What specifically do you do?”

“Every Saturday morning my wife and I pull up this email, grab a coffee and share our answer with one another”
“I have a notepad I keep. Every week when the email arrives I write it in the journal and then answer it”
“I forward the email to my team. I invite my team to reply with their answers and then we chat about it in our weekly 1-1”
“I see the email and immediately I reply to it and send the answer to myself. So I have a record of all my replies since I started getting this email”
“I see your email. And I always intend to write it down and journal. But most weeks I fail to do this! So when I see it I answer it in my head. But I'm going to try and be better about journaling when I've finished my exams”
