Here are a set of questions I have been using to help coachees (and myself!) get unstuck in the midst of too much noise and distraction

Exercise: Getting Unstuck
*Question 1: Clarify Your Goal*
What single change would have the greatest impact on your life right now?*Question 2: Identify the Obstacle*
What is the one obstacle holding you back from making this change?*Question 3: Uncover the Underlying Reason*
What is the underlying reason why you are struggling with this obstacle? Is it fear, lack of knowledge, procrastination, or something else? Be brutally honest with yourself.*Question 4: Commit to a First Step*
What is the one small, tangible step you can take today to start to make a change? Make it specific, measurable, and achievable.*Question 5: Make a Commitment to Yourself*
Write down a commitment to yourself to take this first step. Use the following format:"I commit to taking the first step to change by [insert specific action] by [insert specific time]. I will hold myself accountable and take immediate action because this change will improve my life"
Next Steps
- Take a few minutes to reflect on your answers.
- Identify any patterns, themes, or insights that emerge.
- Take immediate action on your committed first step.
- Check in with yourself in 48 hours to review progress and adjust course as needed.
